JKBOPEE Admission Notification for MD/MS AYURVEDA Courses-2021

Admission to MD/MS AYURVEDA Courses-2021- Registration/Counselling thereof

Consequent upon declaration of AIAPGET 2021 result on 21-10-2021, it is notified for information of all those candidates who have qualified the said examination and intend to participate in the counselling process for MD/MS Ayurveda seats in JIAR that they shall:-

get themselves registered at BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar physically
w.e.f 01-02-2022 to 10-02-2022.

bring all necessary original and self-attested photocopies of documents (to be attached with the Application Form which can be obtained from the BOPEE Office / downloaded from the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in) alongwith the result card of AIAPGET-2021 for online verification before registration.

Note:

Cut-off of AIAPGET-2021 score:

OM category: 50th Percentile (Cut-off score 103)

SC/ST/OBC : 40th Percentile (Cut-off score 087)

OM/EWS-PwD : 45th Percentile (Cut-off score 095)

OBC-PwD : 40th Percentile (Cut-off score 090)

The candidate shall fill the preferences in the Application form attached as Annexure “A” to this Notification and bring along the same at the time of registration. Annexure “A” to this Notification shall be available both at BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar or at BOPEE website.

The candidates have to deposit the Counselling fee of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand only) through POS machine in the BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar without which they will not be considered for allotment of a seat notwithstanding the eligibility of such candidate (s).

The seats shall be allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit obtained by him/her in the AIAPGET examination and preferences filled by him.

All seats of management quota shall be filled up by the BOPEE in terms of Government Order No. 64-HME of 2019 dated 04.07.2019 issued by the Health & Medical Education Department, J&K.

The registration shall be provisional.

There is no reservation in the Private College but the candidates within cutoff eligibility score can on participate in the Counselling and will be considered on the basis of their merit scored by them in AIAPGET examination.

Any wrong information filled by the candidates in Application Form shall render him/her ineligible for admission.

Documents to be enclosed with Application Form (self-attested Photostat Copies)

The candidates shall be required to attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents alongwith Application Form annexed as Annexure “A” to this Notification at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar:

One latest coloured photographs with white back ground, one to be fixed in Application Form

Score Card of AIAPGET-2021;

Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate/Secondary School Certificate) from the Board of School Education;

Domicile Certificate of the candidate or undertaking by the candidate that he/she will produce the same at the time of admission in respective College;

Marks Sheets of all BAMS Examinations;

Documentary Proof of having completed one year pre-registration Compulsory Rotatory Internship in a duly recognized institution at the time of submission of documents;

Registration Certificate from J&K Medical Council/CCIM and

Valid Identity Card (Passport, Aadhar, Pan Card, Driving License etc.)
