The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has invited fresh applications from eligible candidates for Stray Round-3 counselling for admission to B.Ed. Course-2026 in Government Colleges/Institutions of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The notification has been issued to fill the seats that remained vacant after the conclusion of various earlier counselling rounds.

Fresh Applications Invited for B.Ed Admission
According to the notification, several seats have remained vacant in Government Colleges/Institutions of the UT of J&K following the completion of different rounds of counselling for B.Ed. admissions.
To fill these vacant seats, BOPEE has invited fresh applications and preferences from eligible and interested candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. Course-2026.
Candidates who are eligible and desirous of taking admission can submit their application form and college preferences in the prescribed format attached as Annexure-A to the notification.
The selection and admission process will be carried out in accordance with the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations Act, 2002, applicable rules and regulations, the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act, 2004, as amended, and other government orders and guidelines applicable to B.Ed. admissions.

Submission of application forms/preferences for Stray Round-3 counselling will commence from 06 October 2026 at 11:30 AM.
The last date for submission of application forms/preferences is 08 October 2026.
Candidates are therefore advised to submit their applications and preferences within the prescribed deadline.
How to Submit the Application Form
Candidates can submit their application form/preferences through either of the following modes:
Through Email: Candidates may send their duly completed application form/preferences to [email protected].
Physical Submission: Candidates may also submit the application form/preferences physically at the BOPEE offices at Jammu or Srinagar.
Candidates should ensure that all required information is correctly filled in before submitting the form.
Counselling Fee
Candidates submitting their application form/preferences for the first time physically at the BOPEE office at Jammu/Srinagar are required to deposit a counselling fee of Rs. 1,000.
The fee can be paid through the POS machine available at the BOPEE office using a National Credit Card/Debit Card.
Candidates submitting their application form/preferences for the first time through email are also required to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 1,000 through online bank transfer.
The payment receipt must be attached along with the application form while submitting it through email.

Eligibility & Selection
Admission to the B.Ed. Course-2026 will be governed by the applicable eligibility conditions, reservation rules and admission guidelines prescribed by the competent authority.
