JKBOPEE Important Notification Regarding admission to B. Pharmacy Cource-2023

Conduct of Mop-Up Round (Upgradation/Allotment) Physical counselling for admission to B. Pharmacy Cource-2023 in various Government) Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K.

Reference :-

I. Notification No. I I 0-130PEE of 2023 dated 03.11.2023.

II. Hon’ble J&K/Ladakh High Court Order dated 04.12.2023

Pursuant to Notification No. 110-BOPEE of 2023 dated 03.11.2023, the Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to Pharmacy Course, 2023 was issued. The Board has received shortfall from various Colleges/Institutions against the above mentioned Notification. It is hereby notified that the Board shall conduct Mop-Up Round (Upgradation/Allotment) counselling for admission to B. Pharmacy Course – 2023 in various Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K on 27.12.2023 simultaneously at BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar.

It is also notified that the Board has decided to reduce the bench mark from 10 to zero (0) marks for upgradation/allotment Round of Counselling. Therefore, all the eligible candidates who have appeared in the Common Entrance Test for admission to B.Pharmacy Course conducted by the Board on 23.07.2023 and have secured 0 marks are advised to attend the Counselling at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar as per the following schedule:-

Note :-

The following procedure shall be adopted during the conduct of Mop-up round of Counselling (Physical)

1. The eligible and willing candidates shall have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfilment of other formalities, from 9.00 a.m to 10.30 a.m on the day/date of Counselling.

2. The candidates who have been allotted seats during 1 m Round of Counselling and upgraded during 2nd Round of Counselling held on 02.11.2023 shall not be eligible for Mop-up Round of Counselling.

3. All the participating candidates are advised to bring along the following documents in original for check and verification at the time of Counselling :-

a. Domicile Certificate.

b. 12th Class Marks Card.

c. D.O.B Certificate issued by the Board.

d. Category Certificate, wherever applicable.

e. D. Pharma Certificate (for Lateral Entry Candidates only).
