JKBOPEE NEET MDS Provisional Selection List 2026 Released

Provisional Selection List of candidates of UT of J&K / Ladakh for NEET MDS Courses 2026 after conduct of 1st round of online counselling.

Pursuant to Notification No. 176-BOPEE of 2026 Dated: 02-09-2026, the Board notified 1st round of online counselling schedule for submission of online preferences/choices w.e.f. 03-09-2026 to 05-09-2026 for filling up of seats of NEET MDS Courses-2026.

The list of candidates provisionally Allotted seats in Government Dental Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

Any candidate desirous of making any representation against the position assigned to him/her in the Provisional Selection List may, if so chooses, do so up to 08-09-2026 (4:30 p.m.) with documentary evidence in support of his/her claim and send the representation/documents to [email protected] . If a genuine representation is received, a separate notice/notification will be issued for the issuance of the Revised Selection List.

If no further notice/notification is issued, Annexure A will be deemed final, and provisionally selected candidates should report to their assigned colleges/institutions w.e.f. 09-09-2026 (11:30 a.m. onwards) to 11-09-2026 (up to 4:30 p.m.) along with following certificates in original:

I. BDS degree certificate;
II. Registration with the State/ UT Dental Council/ DCI;
III. Internship Completion Certificate (up to 31-05-2026);
IV. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or Ladakh, as the case may be;
V. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable, in terms of SRO 294 of 2005 dated 21-10- 2005 read with SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019, S.O. 176 dated 15-03-2024, and S.O. 305 dated 21-05-2024 (The cut-off date for validity of the category certificates shall be the last date for registration fixed by the BOPEE, viz, 23-08-2026);
VI. Difficult Area Certificate in pursuance of SRO 48 of 2018 dated 30-01-2018, wherever applicable;
VII. NEET-MDS Score Card 2026;
VIII. *NOC from Government/Competent Authority for in-service candidates to pursue MDS Courses 2026;

The eligibility conditions for admission to this course shall be as mentioned in the Notification No. 155-BOPEE of 2026 Dated: 18-08-2026/e-Information Brochure available on JKBOPEE website.

It is hereby implored upon the management of all the concerned Colleges/ Institutions to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a Reserved Category

In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cutoff date (11.09.2026 till 4:30 p.m.), the concerned Colleges/Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.

However, the candidates in their own interest shall avoid waiting for last day to complete admission formalities since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.

The Heads of the concerned Colleges/Institutions are advised to furnish the short fall, if any, to the Board through e-mail [email protected]/[email protected] on 11.09.2025 upto 05.00 p.m.
