JKBOPEE Paramedical Diploma Courses 2026 – 3rd/Mop-Up Round Seat Matrix Released
Conduct of the 3rd/Mop-up Round of Counselling/Submission of Online Preferences by the eligible candidates for admission to 10th-Based Paramedical Diploma Courses (FMPHW/MMPHW)-2026.

i) Notification No. 078-BOPEE of 2026 Dated 04-06-2026.
Pursuant to Notification No. 078-BOPEE of 2026 Dated 04-06-2026, the Board has received a shortfall on the online joining module of the J&K BOPEE Portal from various Government/Private Colleges of the UT of J&K/Ladakh for admission to 10th-based Paramedical Diploma Courses (FMPHW/MMPHW). To fill up these shortfall seats along with the seats which have become available due to non-joining, resignation/surrender or remain vacant during the second round of counselling, it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the 3rd/ Mop-up Round of Online (Upgradation/Allotment) counselling w.e.f. 19-06-2026 (11:30 A.M. onwards) to 23-06-2026 (Midnight).
Recruitment in Govt Ayurvedic Medical College, Akhnoor
The following candidates shall be eligible to participate in the Third/Mop-up Round of Online (Upgradation/Allotment) Counselling :
i) Candidates who did not get any seat in the first/second round.
ii) Candidates who have been allotted a seat during the first/second round and have joined the Institute.
iii) Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the first round and have not joined the institute, and candidates who resigned after joining up to the last date of joining of the first round, will be eligible to participate in the third round for all courses /institutions, subject to availability of seats.
iv) Candidates who have been allotted a seat during the second round and have not joined the said Institution will not be eligible to opt for the said course in the said institution in the third round. However, they will be eligible to participate in counselling/admissions for other courses in the same institution and all courses in other institutions. They will also be eligible to participate in counselling/admissions in the mop-up round for all courses/institutions, subject to the availability of seat(s).
v) Candidates who have cancelled their admission by or before the last date of admission of the allotted seat of Second Round at the Institution, will not be eligible to opt for the said course in the said institution in the third round. However, they will be eligible to participate in counselling/admissions for other courses in the same institution and all courses in other institutions. They will also be eligible to participate in counselling/admissions in the mop-up round for all courses/institutions, subject to the availability of seat(s).
vi) The eligible candidates who have qualified for the 10th-Based Paramedical Diploma (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses Common Entrance Test (CET)-2026 and have not participated during the First/Second Round of counselling are also eligible for this round of counselling.
