JKPSC Assistant Professor Posts Answer Keys and Result Notification

(1) Filling up of the posts of Assistant Professor(s) [Agriculture Technology, Retail Management and Structural Engineering (School of Architecture)] in Higher Education Department—Result of Written Test reg;

Notification No. PSC/ Exam/S/ 2024/ 24 Dated: 08.05.2024

In pursuance of Rule 42 of J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examinations) Rules, 2022 read with Rule 31 and 45 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021, the candidates as per Annexure —A, B and C to this notification are hereby declared to have qualified for the Oral Test/Viva Voce for the post of Assistant Professor(s) [Agriculture Technology, Retail Management and Structural Engineering (School of Architecture)] in Higher Education Department on the basis of their performance in the Written Test which was held on 17.03.2024. However, the discipline-wise Interview/Viva-voce schedule shall be notified separately.

Note :

i. For checking the result, candidates are advised to access the official website of the Commission i.e. http://www.jkpsc.nic.in.

ii. The candidature of candidates shown in Annexures to this notification is purely provisional. The documents of the candidates will be verified at the time of interview and in case any discrepancy with regard to age/qualification/experience and other eligibility conditions is noticed at the time of interview or thereafter, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview or where the candidate has already appeared in the interview, the candidature shall be deemed to have been cancelled

iii. Only eligible candidates, possessing requisite qualification prescribed under rules, shall be allowed to appear in the Oral Test/Viva-Voce subject to the condition that they are within the prescribed age limit on the cut-off date.

iv. The candidates shall produce their original certificates/testimonials on the date of oral test/Viva-Voce. This is subject to the outcome of writ petition, if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of Law.

(2) Conduct of Written Test for the posts of Assistant Professor(s) [Agriculture Technology, Retail Management and Structural Engineering (School of Architecture)] in Higher Education Department. Disposal of the Objections /Representations received against the Provisional Official Answer Key and issuance of Final Official Answer Key thereof.

Reference : Rule 10 (d) to 10 (f) of the MK Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2022.

Notification No. PSC/Exam(S)/2024/23 Dated: 08.05.2024

1. Whereas, the MK Public Service Commission conducted the Written Test for filling up of posts of Assistant Professor(s) [Agriculture Technology, Retail Management and Structural Engineering (School of Architecture)] in Higher Education Department, on 17.03.2024; and

2. Whereas, the Provisional official key was notified and uploaded on the official website of the Commission for information of the candidates on 18.03.2024, inter-alia notifying that, if any candidate feels that the keys to any of the questions is wrong/incorrect, he/she may prefer a representation/objection on the prescribed proforma to the Controller of Examinations within a period of three days from the date of its notification, i.e. upto 22.03.2024 (5:00 p.m.) along with documentary proof /evidence and the fee of Rs.500/- per question; and

3. Whereas, in response to the said notification, number of objections/ representations were received by the MK Public Service Commission against Provisional Answer Keys issued; and

4. Whereas, all the objections/representations were referred to the Committee(s) of Experts as envisaged in Rule 10 (d) of the J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2022, as amended from time to time, for Independent Expert opinion; and

5. Whereas, the independent team of Experts have recommended changes in the Provisional Official Keys in respect of the said papers;

Now, therefore, in view of the above and on the basis of opinion of the independent teams of Experts, it is hereby notified that
