JKPSC Filling up of the post of Librarian Notification

Whereas, the Higher Education Department, vide letter No.HED­GAZ/85/2022-04 dated 13.04.2022, referred 13 posts (0M=06, RBA=02, SC=01, ST=01, ALC/IB=01, EWS=01, PSP=01) of Librarian in Government Degree Colleges in Higher Education Department, to the J&K Public Service Commission for selection; and,

Whereas, the posts were advertised vide Notification No. 07-PSC (DR-P) of 2023 dated 01.03.2023; and,

Whereas, the Higher Education Department, vide letter No.HED­GAZ/85/2022-04 dated 13.04.2022, among others, also referred 03 posts (0M=01, RBA=01, SC=01) of Librarian in GCET in Higher Education Department, to the J&K Public Service Commission for selection; and,

Whereas, the posts were advertised vide Notification No. 11-PSC (DR-P) of 2023 dated 05.04.2023; and,

Whereas, the written test for both the Notifications was conducted on 09.06.2024 and 54 candidates were declared to have qualified the written test, vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2025/05 dated 25.01.2025 for both the above Notifications; and,

Whereas, upon scrutiny of the documents, the following candidates have been found deficient in respect of the documents as indicated against each
