JKPSC Recruitment – Deficiency of Documents
Filling up of the post of Assistant Legal Remembrancer /District Litigation Officer- Deficiency of documents thereof. Notice Dated: 06 .02.2025
Whereas, the Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, vide letter No. LAW-Estt/29/2022-10 dated 15.01.2024, referred II posts (0M=04, RBA=01, SC1, ST=02, EWS.12, Social Caste:11) of Assistant Legal Remembrancer/District Litigation Officer in the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to the J&K Public Service Commission for selection; and,
Whereas, the posts were advertised, vide Notification No. 02-PSC (DR-P) of 2024 dated 05.03.2024; and,
Whereas, in pursuance of letter No. Estt/29/2022-10 dated 06.03.2024 received from Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, two posts, one each under ST and EWS categories were withdrawn vide Notice issued under endorsement No. PSC/DR/ALR/DLO/2024 dated 12.03.2024, as such, one post each in the categories of ST and EWS were available for selection; and,
Whereas, the written test was conducted on 15.09.2024 and 36 candidates were declared to have qualified the written test vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/77 dated 08.11.2024; and,
Whereas, upon scrutiny of the testimonials/documents, the candidature of the following candidates has been found deficient in respect of the documents as indicated against each:
