JKSSB Document Verification Notice for Various Posts

NOTIFICATION

Subject: Document Verification of candidates falling under consideration Zone for the post of Prosthetic/Orthetic Technician Junior Dental Technician, Junior Store Clerk, Sanitary Inspector, Junior Ophthalmic Technician, Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Male Nurse and Staff Nurse Grade-II, Health and Medical Education Department held on 18.09.2026- regarding.

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), vide Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/3/2026-03 (7909564) dated: 03.08.2026, 04.08.2026 and 05.08.2026 issued the Result/Score-sheet of the candidates who appeared in the OMR based written examination held on 14.06.2026, 24.06.2026, 09.07.2026, 28.06.2026 and 12.07.2026 for the post of Prosthetic/Orthetic Technician Junior Dental Technician, Junior Store Clerk, Sanitary Inspector, Junior Ophthalmic Technician, Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Male Nurse and Staff Nurse Grade-II, Health and Medical Education Department, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 07 of 2025 dated: 22.07.2025 under various Item Nos.

Now, keeping in view the need and objective to fil all requisitioned vacancies, the candidates who are falling under the consideration zone for the aforementioned post, given in Annexure “A, B, C, D, E, F&G” to this notification, are hereby called upon to appear physically before the designated Document Verification Committees of the Board for the verification/ scrutiny of their documents/certificates as per the schedule and venue indicated against each.

The candidates are required to produce following documents/certificates in original, along-with one set of self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification Committee(s):

i. Copy of Application Forms.
ii. Two passport size recent colour photographs.

iii. One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.
iv. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
v. Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
vi. Domicile Certificate.
vii. 10+2 Marks Sheet/ Diploma.
viii. Qualification/Certificates prescribed for the post as mentioned in the relevant Advertisement Notification.
ix. In the case of candidates claiming possession of equivalent education qualification, it shall be mandatory to produce the relevant Equivalence Certificate from the concerned authorities at the time of Document Verification, and the Board shall take an appropriate view based on the norms governing the subject.
x. Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Institute/Board in respect of candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside the UT of J&K.
xi. Ex-Serviceman candidates shall be required to produce a Certificate in Form XIV duly signed by the competent authority as provided in Rule 18 of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Rules, 2005. In addition, the candidates claiming consideratiorn under the Ex-Servicemen (ESM) category shall submit an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit (duly attested by a Magistrate 1st class) to the effect that they have not availed the benefit of the ESM category for themselves earlier for any post. If, at any stage of the selection or later on, it is found that the candidate(s) has availed the benefit of the ESM category earlier, the candidature of the said candidate shall be cancelled ab-initio, without serving any notice to him/her, and the candidates shall have no claim for the post. Legal action, as warranted under law, shall be initiated against the said candidate for submitting a false affidavit.
xii. In addition, any other certificate, as may be required as part of eligibility for a specific post, shall also be produced.
xiii. Checklist sheet/form to be submitted by candidates at the time of their D.V (as per Annexure”X”).

The candidates who fail to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee (s) on the scheduled date shall forfeit their right to selection.
