JKSSB Junior Assistant Posts Revised Document Verification Notice
Revised Document Verification of candidates falling under consideration zone for the post of Junior Assistant — regarding.
In supersession to Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/32/2024-03 (7551754) dated: 31-10-2024, the candidates who are falling under the consideration zone for the posts of Junior Assistant, given in Annexure “A” to this notification, are hereby called to appear in person for Document Verification before the Document Verification Committee(s) of the Board for the verification/scrutiny of their documents/certificates w.e.f. 10-12-2024 to 17-12-2024 as per the schedule and venue indicated against each.
The J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB), vide Notification No. JKSSI3- COEOEXAM(UT)/32/2024-03 (7551754) dated: 31-10-2024, gave last and final opportunity to such candidates who had applied for multiple advertisements, with some item numbers/ advertisement notification not being reflected against their name/roll number in Annexure “B” to the above said notification, such candidates were advised to submit clubbing requests on 04-11-2024 in offline mode at JKSSB, Central Office, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu/JKSSB, Central Office, Zamzam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar.
In view of the above, the requests so received in the Board have been examined. After examination of the requests so received, a revised Annexure “A” and Annexure “B” to this notification is issued for the information of the candidates. No further claim(s) in this regard shall be entertained by the Board.
Further, the candidates are required to produce following documents/certificates in original, along-with one set of self-attested conies, before the designated Document Verification Committee(s):
1. Copy of Application Forms.
2. Two passport size recent colour photographs.
3. One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.
4. D.O.8 Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
5. Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
6. Domicile Certificate.
7. Graduation Degree from recognized University.
8. Prescribed Qualification/Certificates as per Advertisement Notifications.
9. Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/ Institute/Board in respect of candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside the UT of AK
10. Checklist sheet/form to be submitted by candidates at the time of their D.V. (as per Annexure-C).
11. The candidates must also submit their order of preferences for various items/posts/advertisements (as per Annexure-D) in offline mode to the Document Verification committees.
The candidates who fail to appear before the respective Document Verification committee(s) on the schedule ate shall selection.
