JKSSB Waiting List for the Post of Account Assistant
Waiting List for the posts of Accounts Assistant, Finance Department, UT Cadre, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 Dated. 16.12.2020, under Item No. 106- Forwarding letter thereof Consequent upon receipt of Indent/requisition from the Finance, Department vide Indent No. FD/Coord/08/2020 dated 19.11.2020, the requisition for making direct recruitment to the 972 posts of Accounts Assistant, (UT Cadre) Level-5 (29200-92300), as per the following break up:
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) advertised these 972 posts as per the category-wise break up given hereinabove, vide Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under Item No. 106, for seeking applications from the eligible candidates. The Written Examination for these posts was held on 28m of January, 2024. Subsequently, the Final Selection list for these posts of Accounts Assistant, Finance Department, UT Cadre, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under Item No. 106 was notified and forwarded to the Finance Department vide No. JKSS8-Say/5/2024-03(7415959) dated 10.03.2024.
Subsequently, the Selection Committee constituted for these posts prepared the waiting List In accordance with the Merit/Eligibility of the candidates and as per the extant rules and with the approval of the Board, the same was notified vide No. JKSSB-Scry/5/2024- 03(7415959) dated 27.06.2024.
Accordingly, undersigned is directed to forward herewith the Waiting List for the posts of Accounts Assistant, Finance Department, UT Cadre, advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under Item No. 106, as per Annexure-A to this communication.
The above waiting List shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/OA(s), if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of jurisdiction. The Selection List shall also be subject to the outcome of any inquiry, involving candidate(s) figuring in this Selection List.
The document verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the extent of establishing physical possession of Category/Degree certificates and ascertaining genuineness/validity or otherwise of the same and recognition status of the Institution, shall be the responsibility of the Indenting Department/Appointing authority.
The consideration of the candidates in this waiting list has been made on the basis of Self-declaration/Certificates submitted by them and if at any stage, it comes to the light that any candidate(s) has submitted false information or has secured selection on the basis of fake documents/certificates, the selection shall be liable to cancellation at any stage and appropriate criminal proceedings against such candidate/5 may kindly be initiated. The waiting List is also available on the website of MY Services Selection Board www.ficsstAnicin and may be cross verified from it, if required.
