Provisional shortlist cum Document verification of candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Advertised by SKIMS vide Notice No. 04 of 2017, dated: June 17, 2017

Whereas, Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura Srinagar notified provisional shortlist cum document verification of (105) candidates for the post of Junior Assistant (Advertisement Notice No. 04 of 2017, Dated: June 17-2017) vide Notice No. SIMS 302 02 (JA)/2019-1973-78, dated: May 18-2019.
Whereas, the candidates, figuring in the provisional shortlist were advised to appear in person in the office of Administrative Officer, (Policy), Room No. 2107 on May 23 & 24, 2019 for scrutiny of documents.
Whereas, the cutoff merit of Computer based Typing test and written test on pro-rata basis is as under:

Whereas, out of (105) provisionally shortlisted candidates below mentioned candidates (S. No. 01 to 12) failed to submit the requisite documents on the scheduled date of document verification in the office of Administrative Officer, Policy, SKIMS. Further, it has come to fore that one candidate namely Javaid Ahmad Sheikh S/o Abdul Majeed Sheikh R/o: Dalipora Nagam Tehsil: Chadoora, who belongs to PHC category and is having higher merit (50.8) was not included among the shortlisted candidates due to oversight in Physically Handicapped category and as such, is hereby included among the shortlisted candidates under PHC Category notified vide Notice No. SIMS 302 02 (JA)/2019-1973-78, dated: May 18-2019 on the basis of merit in PHC category :
Now, therefore, it is notified for information of candidates, whose particulars are given here in above table that they are hereby given final opportunity to submit their documents for document verification till June 04, 2019 for scrutiny in the Office of Administrative Officer (Policy), Room No. 2107, failing which no further opportunity shall be provided
