Last Date Extended for Aayas / Helpers in Various Locations

(1) Engagement/Hiring of Helpers/AAYAs under support at Pre-Primary (ECCE) for the for the year 2023-24 regarding and continuance of existing AAYAs.

Extension Notice :

In continuation to this office Notification issued under No : ZEO/GB/316-20 Dated: 06/07/2023 regarding Engagement/ Hiring of Helpers/AAYAs under ECCE for the year 2023-24. There has been poor response from the areas of few Schools. The submission of application forms for the engagement of Helper/AAYs is hereby further extended upto 22nd of July 2023 with same terms and conditions as laid down in the advertisement Notice issued earlier. The Head of the Institutions of concerned schools are hereby directed to publicize the advertisement widely so that more and more applicants can apply for engagement of Helpers/AAYAs.

In view of the poor response/participation with (egad to the engagement/hiring of AAYAs/ Helper in 16 approved schools of this zone reportedly due to the delay in preparation of Income Certificates by the applicants, the last date for submission of Application Forms with regard to the engagement/hiring of AAYAs/Helpers in 16 approved schools of this zone which was 06.07.2023 and was extended to 16.07.2023 is now further extended by ten (10)days and the last date shall now be 26/07/2023.

Note :

The extension of last date has been allowed in the interest of the applicants and no further extension shall be allowed after the fixed date.
