Sanction is hereby accorded for the contractual engagement of the following candidates under Mission YUVA in the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU), Ramban and Business Help Desks (BHDs) at Sub-Divisional/Sub-District level in District Ramban for a period of 11 months, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the order.

Reporting Instructions
Selected candidates must report to the office of the Assistant Director Employment, DE&CC Ramban (Member Secretary, Mission YUVA) within 07 days from the date of issuance of this order along with the following documents:

Experience Certificates
Undertaking
Character Certificate issued by the competent authority
Failure to join within 7 days shall result in cancellation of the engagement.

Declaration to be Submitted
Each selected candidate shall submit an affidavit declaring that:
They accept the terms and conditions of engagement under Mission YUVA.
They understand that the appointment is purely contractual for 11 months.
The engagement does not confer any right to permanent government employment or regularization.
No criminal case is pending against them in any Police Station, Crime Branch, Anti-Corruption Bureau or Court of Law.
If any qualification, experience certificate, date of birth or domicile certificate is found fake or fabricated, the engagement shall be cancelled and legal action shall follow.
Terms & Conditions
Contract Duration
Initial contractual period: 11 months from the date of joining.
Contract shall automatically terminate after completion of the period unless extended by the competent authority.
Performance Review
Performance will be evaluated at the end of the contract period.
Extension may be granted for another 11 months based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.
Renewal
Contract renewal will depend upon:
Achievement of performance targets.
Compliance with service conditions.
Termination of Contract
The contract may be terminated for:
Poor or unsatisfactory performance.
Violation of conduct rules.
Misconduct or indiscipline.
Unauthorized absence for more than 7 consecutive working days.
Submission of fake documents or misrepresentation.
Conflict of interest or political activities.
Any other reason deemed appropriate by the competent authority.
A one-month notice is generally required unless termination is due to misconduct or contract expiry.
Other Conditions
Monthly consolidated remuneration shall be paid as per Mission YUVA norms, subject to document verification.
No additional allowance for accommodation, food or transport shall be provided.
Candidates shall make their own arrangements for travel and stay.
Character, antecedents and document verification is mandatory.
Personnel must strictly follow Mission YUVA’s code of conduct and reporting protocols.
The engagement is purely contractual and does not create any right for permanent appointment.
A waiting list equal to 50% of sanctioned posts shall remain valid for 6 months from the date of final selection.
Vacancies arising due to resignation, non-reporting, withdrawal or disqualification shall be filled from the waiting list strictly on merit.
