First, carefully inspect the OMR sheet for any printing defect or damage.
Enter your Roll Number accurately in the boxes provided and darken the corresponding bubbles below each digit.
Fill in the Test Booklet Number exactly as printed on the question paper.
Mark the correct Test Booklet Code (A, B, C, or D) and ensure it matches the question booklet.
Write your name and put your signature only in the designated spaces.

The roll number is a 10-digit number mentioned on the admit card. Write each digit clearly in the boxes and darken the matching bubbles. Recheck the entry before final submission.
Filling the Booklet Number and Code
The booklet number is a 7-digit number printed on the question paper. Enter it correctly and darken the corresponding circles. The booklet code marked on the OMR sheet must match the question booklet. Any discrepancy should be immediately reported to the invigilator.
