Notification for inviting Objections in JKBOTE

Provisional Merit List of candidates for admission to Three Year Diploma Programme (Engineering and Non Engineering programmes) for the academic session 2024-2025: Inviting of objections thereof.

NOTIFICATION NO. 28, BOTE OF 2024, DATED 03-07-2024.

In pursuance of Notification No: 15-BOTE of 2024 dated 24-04-2024, online Application forms were invited from the eligible applicants for Three Year Diploma Programme (Engineering and Non Engineering programmes) for academic session 2024-2025, in the Government/ Private polytechnics of the Union Territories of J&K / Ladakh. In view of above, the Board has given ample time to the applicants for filing up of online application forms for admission to Three Year Diploma programme (Engineering and Non Engineering programmes) and after the expiry of last date, the Board has prepared Tentative Provisional Merit List of the eligible applicants, which is annexed as Annexure “A” and not-eligible applicants as Annexure “B” to this Notification and shall be available on the JKBOTE website www.jksbotelive.com. For objections, if any, in this regard be sent on [email protected] within two days from the dispatch of this letter. In case no objections are received within the prescribed date / time, the Provisional Merit List shall be deemed to be the final.

Note :

Those applicants whose documents shown pending in the Annexure A are advised to sent their documents on [email protected] within two days positively i.e. by or before 05/07/2024 failing which they will not be considered
