Placement of Head Assistants of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as In-charge Section Officers on officiating basis.
Government Order No.714-JK(GAD) of 2025 Dated:16.06.2025
Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of following Head Assistants of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as In-charge Section Officers, in their own Pay and Grade with charge allowance as admissible under rules for a period of six months or till these posts are filled up on regular basis, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, whichever is earlier :
The above arrangement is temporary and shall not confer any preferential right on the aforesaid officials to hold these posts on substantive basis or claim promotion, which shall be made in accordance with the extant rules and shall be subject to the outcome of Writ Petition(s), if any, pending before the Competent Court(s) of Law.
It is further ordered that these officials shall continue to work at their present places of posting till further orders.
