SKIMS Written test Notification For Various Posts

Whereas, vide advertisement notice No. 01 of 2015. dated 08.01.2015. SKIMS advertised various posts including (19) posts of Jr. Store Clerk with BBA/B.Com & Six Months Computer Course as essential qualification;

Whereas, after receiving hard copies of online application forms, a provisional list of (464) candidates was prepared on the basis of online information provided by the candidates at the time of filling up of their application forms and the said provisional list was .u r at jku pdat es.published through Electronic & Print Media for information of candidates vide notice No. SIMS 302 13 18/JSC/2015/18-415-16, dated 31. 01.2018 in order to seek objections, if any, from the candidate’s upto 07.02.2018; Whereas, in response to the aforesaid notice, (25) candidates submitted their objections upto the cutoff date;

Whereas, a Screening Committee was constituted to scrutinize all the hard copies of application forms received for the post of Jr. Store Clerk vide Office order No. SIMS 52 (P) of 2018, dated March 13, 2018;

Whereas, after scrutiny of all hard copies of application forms alongwith the enclosed documents by the designated screening .u r at jku pda tes.committee, 463 candidates were found eligible to be called for the written test;

Now therefore, it is notified for information of the candidates shown in “Annexure-A” to this notice that their written test (Objective Type) for the post of Junior Store clerk advertised Vide Notice No. 01 of 2015 dated January 08, 2015, has been scheduled to be held on 13^th of May, 2018 at SKIMS. The time and venue shall be notified separately.

Further the candidates shown in “Annexure-A”are hereby informed to attend the office of Administrative Officer, .u r at jkupdates.Policy (Room No. 2119) alongwith all requisite original documents including 02 (Two) recent passport size photographs for verification/collection of admit cards as per following dates/Sr. No’s during office hours. Those who fail to receive the admit cards shall not be allowed to sit in the examination:

The test will be of objective type nature having 100 questions with total 100 marks.

The .u r at jk upda tes.questions for written test shall be of BBA/B.Com Level as per the qualification prescribed for the said post in the advertisement notice.

NOTE:

TA/DA shall be given for participation in the written test.

Only those candidates shall appear in the written test, who fulfill the
eligibility prescribed for the post as mentioned in the notification. .u r at jkup dates.However, permission to appear in the written test is purely provisional subject to further verification of the documents at any stage of selection process
