SKUAST Important Notification Regarding Various Posts

During scrutiny and verification of the documents uploaded by the candidates at the time of the filling up of online application forms for the posts of (i) Security Guard (ii) Animal Attendant and (iii) Peon Ordery, Chowkidar, Laboratory attendant, Library attendant, OCC, Mali & equivalents advertised vide notification no’s 06 (Secy.) of 2022 dated 07.06.2022, 09 (Secy.) of 2022 dated 06.07.2022 and 10 (Secy.) of 2022 dated 20.07.2022, it has been observed that the documents uploaded by the candidates on the online portal for claiming additional weightage points are not as per the requisite format in terms of advertisements and S.0 184 of 2020 dated 04.06.2020 of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

As such, the claimant candidates bearing Roll No’s, as per Annexure-I below are requested to submit the documents/certificates in support of their claim for additional weightage points, on the prescribed formats given at Annexure-A, B, C D and E below with in a period of 21 days positively on the email registrarofficeskuastjagmail.com. If candidate(s) fail(s) to produce the document /certificate In support of his / her claim for additional weightage points as per the prescribed format, the University shall not award additional weightage/points to such candidates in the final merit without any further notice and consideration.
