In pursuance of Appointment Order No. 03 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026, issued under Endorsement No. DECC/Rbn/2025-26/1197-1204 dated 05.03.2026 by the undersigned office; Twenty Six (26) candidates were selected for temporary engagement as Motivators under Mission YUVA.

Whereas, out of the said Twenty Six (26) selected candidates, only Twenty (20) candidates joined within the stipulated period; and

Whereas, the candidates figuring at Serial Nos. 13, 30, 31, 34, 35 and 37 of the selection list failed to join despite having been granted a period of seven (07) days to report for duty; and

Whereas, as per the Minutes of Meeting of the Selection Oversight Committee for Empanelment of Motivators under Mission YUVA in District Ramban, held on 12.02.2026 vide No. DECC/Rbn/2025-26/1038-39 dated 12.02.2026, the District has been divided into Fourteen (14) groups comprising Blocks and Municipal areas to ensure equitable territorial coverage; and

Whereas, resultant vacancies have arisen due to non joining of the aforementioned candidates; and

Whereas, as per the merit/waiting list appended to Appointment Order No. 03 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026, the candidates figuring at Serial Nos. 14 and 32 of the waiting list are next in order of merit in their respective blocks and are therefore liable to be considered for engagement against the resultant vacancies.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that the following candidates are provisionally engaged as Motivators under Mission YUVA against the available vacancies

The above mentioned candidates shall report to the Office of the Assistant Director Employment, Ramban, within a period of seven (07) days from the date of issuance of this order, failing which their claim for engagement shall be forfeited without any further notice.

All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged and shall be governed by the provisions of the original Appointment Order and the Operational Guidelines for Motivators under Mission YUVA.
