University Of Jammu Admission Notification Regarding M.Lib.I.Sc Programme

Admission/Counselling Schedule for the M.Lib.I.Sc Programme, for the Academic Session 2022-23, Is hereby notified for the information of all concerned. Only those applicants are eligible for filling the online form who have appeared in JUET-22 and have qualified B.Lit. programme. For filling of the online admission form visit the JUET website https://hiet.org and login with JUET Registration No and Password/Date of Birth.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

1) All the applicants desirous for admission are advised to report to the Department of Library and Information Sciences from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm on the day of Counselling for admission along-with original as well as photocopies of all the relevant documents as mentioned below: JUET-2022 Score Card, Online Admission Form, Domicile Certificate (if applicable), Affidavit (e-stamp) and all relevant/ requisite Academic! Category Certificate/s. No “UNDER PROCESS CERTIFICATE” will be entertained for Admission.

2) Admissions shall be made purely on the basis of the Composite Merit comprising 75% weightage for the Academic Score of the qualifying examination and 25% weightage for the score of the JUET-2022.

3) Only those applicants will be considered for admission, who present themselves on the day of the counselling and deposit the requisite admission fee (As notified by the concerned Department/Nodal Department).

4) The University will not be responsible for any mistake/ lapse, on the part of the Candidate, while filling up of the Online Admission Form.
