University of Jammu Notification Regarding Document Verification

The candidate who are declared qualified in the JKSET/ LASET Examination held on 01 October, 2023 are advised to get their eligibility and reserve category certificate verified at any of the JKSET/LASET office at University of Jammu, Jammu, University of Kashmir, Srinagar as per the given schedule along with required documents/certificates.

At University of Ladakh, all the candidates including reserved categories can get the certificate verified on 8th to 9th January, 2024 only.

Original along with Photo Copy (self attested) of the following is required for verification.

• Copy of the Online Application Form with a recent Passport size photograph, fee receipt and Score Card.

• Degree or Marks card /Grade Sheet of Qualifying Post Graduate Degree Examination.

• Valid Reserved Category Certificate duly issued by the competent Authority along with Domicile Certificate of the relevant UT, if qualified under any of the reserved categories

• For VH/PH Candidates, valid disability certificate issued by competent authority/board, Domicile Certificate and Reserve Category Certificate, if any.

• Avalid government issued Photo ID card.

• A self addressed with mobile no A4 Size cloth lined envelope with postal stamp worth Rs.45/-affixed on it for dispatch of their SET certificate. Please mention your Subject and Roll no on Left top corner of the envelope.

Note :-

For availing the benefit of reserve categories, the candidate must have the valid domicile and reserved category certificate of the respective UT as on the last date for filling of application form i.e. 11 June 2023 failing which his/her result shall be treated as cancelled.
