Engagement of staff for the post of Remedial Educator, Counsellor &Training Co-ordinator for the UNICEF Project under the scheme of Mental Health Psycho-Support scheme (MHPSS) Programme for children in Psychiatric Hospital, GMC, Jammu.

No: GMO/Project/198-203 dated: 04.12.2024, and as recommended by the selection committee constituted for interview vide this office endtt. No: GMO/Project/183-188 dated: 19.10.2024, Govt Medical College, Jammu, the below mentioned candidates are hereby engaged as Remedial Educator, Counsellor & Training Co-ordinator respectively for the UNICEF Project under the scheme of Mental Health Psycho-Support scheme (MHPSS) Programme for children in Psychiatric Hospital, GMC, Jammu, purely on contractual basis for a period of one year extendable on yearly basis subject to good performance and conduct.
The above engagement shall be governed by following terms & conditions :-
1. The engagement will be initially for one year, extendable on further approval by UNICEF and on the basis of performance of the selected candidates.
2. These posts are purely programme positions and the engagement is not engaged any substantive government positions. Engagement on these positions will in no case translate into a claim for permanent employment or employment in government sector.
3. These candidates on the selection (S) shall have to execute and an arrangement, duly attested by the 1st class Magistrate to the effect that he/she will not leave the department before the completion of contract and also that he/she will not claim any right on government / permanent posts on the basis of these selection.
4. Any candidates found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated or tampered documents/testimonials or making incorrect/ falls information or suppressing materials information shall render such person liable of legal action under law and his/her contract shall be terminated without any information to him/her.
5.candidate shall have to report within 21 days from the date of issuance of selection list, A ng with the requisite original documents for further verification process failing which 1 his/her appointment shall automatically be treated as cancelled.
6. In case of any adverse report from the HOD concern, the engagement of the applicant shall out rightly be cancelled without any notice.
