Final Merit list & Selection list of Anganwadi Workers Barnoti

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No : 01 of 2024 dated 07.03.2024, applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 06 vacant posts of Sanginis ( AWWs ) of Poshan Project Barnoti.
Whereas 28 candidates have applied against the 06 available Vacant advertised posts of sanginis ( AWWs ) in Project Barnoti.
Whereas 05 application forms have been rejected as per clause III(i) of HR Policy notified vide Govt. Order No.103-JK (SWD) of 2023 dated : 28-04-2023 and Govt. order No 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30-11-2022.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized /checked on 24-07-2024 by the committee constituted vide Govt. Order No : 103- JK ( SWD ) of 2023 dated : 28-04-2023 and Govt. order No 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30-11-2022.
Whereas vide this office Notification No : 03 of 2024 dated 27.07.2024 the Provisional/ Tentative merit list and provisional /Tentative Select list regarding engagement of Sanginis was published in Amar Ujala dated 31-07-2024 and State Times dated 31-07-2024, besides displaying on conspicuous spot at Tehsil/Block/Panchayat Buildings/ Anganwadi Centre Buildings etc for wide publicity.
Whereas the provisional Merit list and Provisional Select list were issued with certain riders/observations put against the candidatures of 02 candidates by the Selection Committee.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this office notification No.03 of 2024 dated 27-07-2024 in Amar Ujala dated 31-07-2024 and State Times dated 31-07-2024, the riders/observations of 02 candidates were omitted in provisional Merit list and Provisional Select list and thereafter reviewed by the selection committee after receiving necessary /requisite documents from applicants.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days(prescribed time frame) from the date of publication of this notification No.03 of 2024 dated 27-07-2024 in Amar Ujala dated 31-07-2024 and State Times dated 31-07-2024, no grievance(s)/objection(s) of any kind has/have been received .
Whereas vide letter No. DPO/K/2024-25/979-83 dated 05-11-2024 on the basis of recommendations of Selection Committee, the merit list comprising of total 23 candidates for different AWCs and select list comprising of 06 candidates for 06 posts of Sanginis was submitted for approval to Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua in terms of clause V of Govt. Order No : 103- JK ( SWD ) of 2023 dated : 28-04-2023 and Govt. order No 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30-11-2022.
Whereas Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua vide letter ADDC/K/8/2024-25/964-67 dated 08.11.2024 has conveyed approval to the recommendation of Selection Committee in terms of clause V of Govt Order No:- 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders, Merit List and Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively is hereby notified and published for the Information of general public and all concerned.
Further Grievance(s)/Objection(s)(if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua under clause XI of HRM Policy reffered above within 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list and the selection shall thereafter be considered as final.
