Final Selection List regarding engagement of Sahayikas (AWHs) Billawar

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 06 of 2023 dated: 09-10-2023, applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 25 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Poshan Project Billawar.

Whereas 52 candidates have applied against 22 available vacant post of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Poshan Project Billawar.
Nil applications were received for the post of SAHAYIKAS for Awc Nagrota A, Stoe A and Taddi.

Whereas the scrutinization of application forms was fixed on 23-01-2024.

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 23-01-2024 by the committee constituted vide Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.

Whereas vide this office advertisement notice no. 01 of 2024 dated 06-02-2024 . The Provisional /Tentative select list and Provisional/Tentative Merit list regarding engagement of Sahayikas as per terms & conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023, Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022 & Social Welfare Department J&K, Office letter No. SWD-ICDS/43/2022 dated 14-08-2023 have been published in State Times on 10-02-2024.

Whereas during the period of receiving objection i.e. 10 days from the date of publication of notification No. 01 of 2024 dated 06-02-2024 in State Times dated 10-02-2024. No objection(s)/Grievance(s) has been received by this office.

Therefore, In view of the above & as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt order, the Final Merit list & Final Select list as per Annexure ‘A’ & Annexure ‘B’ respectively in hereby published for information of General Public & all concerned. Grievance(s)/Objection(s) if any, the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua within 10 days from the date of publication of this list/Notification.

No Grievance/Objections of any kind shall be entertained after 10 days from the date of publication of this notification/list.
