Final Selection List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) of Poshan Project Majalta in pursuance to advertisement Notice No:-01 of 2023, Dated:-15-05-2023.

Where as, vide advertisement notification No.01 of 2023 Dated:-15-05-2023, 10 no’s of posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers)
were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan project Majalta in pursuance of HR Policy as notified vide Govt Order
No:-103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 Dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt Order No:-222-JK(SWD) of 2022,Dated:-30-11-2022;and

Where as, 23 no’s of Applications were received for the vacant posts of Anganwadi Helpers (Sahayikas) for various Anganwadi
centres in different Panchayats of Poshan Project Majalta as on last date of receipt of Application i.e. 31-05-2023; and

Where as, after receiving the application forms for the post of Sahayikas(Anganwadi Helper’s),the scrutiny was conducted by
the members of the selection committee as per the laid norms/Guidelines envisaged in the HR Policy issued vide Govt order No:-
222-JK(SWD) of 2022 Dated:- 30-11-2022; and

Where as, as per the laid guidelines enshrined in the HR Policy, below mentioned candidates were provisionally/tentatively considered for the post of Sahayikas(AWH) against the available vacant posts in the AWCs of the jurisdiction of Poshan Project
Majalta; and

Where as, objections were invited from the general Public regarding the tentative selection list of candidate for the post of
Sahayikas(AWH) vide order No:-CDPO/M/314-24/2023 Dated:-12/07/2023 and CDPO/M/401-12/2023 Dated:- 26-07-2023; and

Where as, after the lapse of the period of objections, two numbers of objections were received and the same were examined
and recommended to selection committee. The same was placed before the members of the selection committee during a meeting held on 01-08-2023 for a final decision to be taken as per the said norms/Guidelines laid mentioned in the HR Policy as notified vide Govt Order No:-103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 Dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt Order No:-222-JK(SWD) of 2022,Dated:-30-11-2022 ; and

Where as, vide letter No:- CDPO/M 424-428 dated 01-08-2023, the selection committee after going through the objections disposed off the objections that were not in consonance with the HR Policy as notified vide Govt Order No:-103 -JK(SWD) of 2023
Dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt Order No:-222-JK(SWD) of 2022,Dated:-30-11-2022 and approved the final selection list of
Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers)

Now, therefore the final selection list of the 08 candidates as Annexed “A” is hereby notified, in terms of HR Policy in pursuance
of Govt Order No:-103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 Dated:- 28-04-2023 read with Govt Order No:-222-JK(SWD) of 2022,Dated:-30-11-2022
for information of the concerned candidates and general Public.

Note :- The Engagement Orders shall be issued only after the CID Verification of the selected candidate
