GMC Srinagar Revised Tentative Seniority List Released

Revised Tentative Seniority List of Electric Unit of Government Medical College Srinagar and its Associated Hospitals, as stood on 01-07-2026.

The tentative seniority list of Electric Unit of Govt. Medical College Srinagar and Associated Hospitals was notified vide this office notification No. AH-08 of 2026 Dated: 16-07-2026 for information of the members of the concerned unit and inviting objections/representations within period of fifteen (15) days.

However, no representation whatsoever was received by this office within the stipulated time period. Meanwhile, Mr. Jahangir Ahmad Shah Faqeer, Jr. Electrician has successfully passed his promotion period and has been added to the seniority list at Annexure ‘B’.

Now therefore a revised tentative seniority list of the unit is hereby notified as “Annexure-A for Electric Foreman Pay Level-6 (35900-113500) S. R. Electrician Pay Level-6 (35400-112400) and Annexure-B for Electrician Pay Level-4 (25500-81100), Jr. Electrician/Lineman Pay Level-2 (19900-63200)” for information of all the members concerned unit.

Any official of the unit aggrieved with the service details or seniority position assigned to him/her in the revised tentative seniority list should submit his/her objection(s)/representation(s) through proper channel supported with sufficient documentary proof within a period of seven (7) days from the date of issuance of this notification. Objections received after stipulated date shall not be entertained.

The Controlling Officer(s) shall circulate a copy of the revised tentative seniority list among the members of the cadre borne/working on his/her establishment(s) and furnish a No. objection certificate within this regard.

The said list shall also be available on the official website of this Institution, www.gmcs.ac.in.

The list shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition, if any, pending before any competent court of Law.

The date of birth and date of 1st appointment of the officials reflected in the seniority list shall be subject to further verification from the service book(s)/matriculation certificate(s) issued in respect of these officials by the competent Authority.
