Whereas, vide this office notice No. 05 AH of 2024 Dated: 05-12-2024, applications were invited from the eligible candidates of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for selection/engagement against posts of Psychology/ Psychiatry/Occupational Therapy/ Audiometry cadres on Academic Arrangement Basis (MB) in terms of 5.0. 364 of 2020 Dated: 27-11-2020; And

Whereas, the applications received in response to the aforementioned notification were got examined/scrutinized by a panel of experts from the concerned discipline; And

Whereas, upon scrutiny/examination, the expert panel have pointed out certain deficiencies in respect of the following candidates to the extent shown against each:

And Whereas, in view of the observations made by the experts panel, the above candidates are not fulfilling the eligibility conditions/criteria. However in the interest of fair play, it has been decided to afford them an opportunity to make up the deficiencies, if they are in possession of the requisite documents.

Now, therefore, through the medium of this notice, the above tabled/mentioned candidates are directed to submit their deficient documents in this office with a period of three days from the date of issuance of this notice, failing which it shall be presumed that they are not fulfilling the eligibility criteria and their candidature shall be cancelled without any further notice.

Note : The notice bearing endorsement No. GMCS/HS-IV/G-86/2025/5618-20 Dated: 17-01-2025 stands cancelled.
