CIRCULAR
Whereas, a revised tentative seniority list of Junior Assistants belonging to UT Cadre, Power Development Department was issued vide this office Circular No. MD/JKPTCL/Adm-IV/DPC/3778-90 dated: 30.01.2026;
And Whereas, the said revised tentative seniority list was forwarded to concerned Managing Directors, Chief Engineers, Superintending Engineers, and Executive Engineers for its wide publicity and inviting objections if any;

And Whereas, after the issuance of revised tentative seniority list, some representations have been received in this office within the stipulated period of 07 days;
And Whereas, the representations so received were examined and genuine representations have been considered on merits.
Now, therefore, the final seniority list of Junior Assistants belonging to UT Cadre, Power Development Department is hereby issued for the information of all the concerned.
The Final seniority list is without prejudice to the outcome of writ petitions, if any pending before the competent court of law/tribunal.
