JKBOPEE Provisional List Regarding Various Courses-2023

Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to NEET MD/ MS /PG Diploma and DNB (Post MBBS DNB/Post Diploma DNB /Post MBBS Diploma) Courses – 2023 belonging to the UT of J&K /Ladakh after conduct of Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counselling.

i) Notification No. 121-BOPEE of 2023 dated 23.11.2023.

ii) Notification No. 122-BOPEE of 2023 dated 23.11.2023

Pursuant to Notification No. 121-BOPEE of 2023 dated 23.11.2023 and No. 122-BOPEE of 2023 dated 23.11.2023, the Board has conducted Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counselling on 25.11.2023 for admission to NEET MD/ MS /PG Diploma and DNB (Post MBBS DNB/Post Diploma DNB /Post MBBS Diploma) Courses – 2023. The lists of candidates who have been provisionally selected for these courses are hereby notified as Annexure-A for MD/MS/PGD courses and as Annexure-B for DNB (Post MBBS DNB/Post Diploma DNB /Post MBBS Diploma) Courses — 2023 to this notification.

The provisionally selected candidates shall have to join in the allotted Colleges/ Institutions / Disciplines by or before 30th of November, 2023 upto 4:00 p.m. positively from the date of issuance of this notification and shall have to produce the following documents/certificates in original at the time of admission in the respective allotted Colleges/Institutions:-

(i) Matriculation Certificate.

(ii) MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate.

(iii) Internship Completion Certificate for MD/MS/PGD upto 11.08.2023.

(iv) MBBS/BDS Marks Cards.

(v) NEET Score card 2023 (wherever applicable).

(vi) NBE Score Card 2023 (for DNB candidates only) .

(vii) Domicile Certificate of candidates belonging to UT of J&K / Ladakh.

(viii) NMC (MCD/DCI/J&K Medical Council/Dental Counsel Registration Certificate).

(ix) Category certificate (wherever applicable).Candidates who have passed MBBS /BDS Degree from outside country to enclose NMC( MCI)/ D CI clearance/recognition certificate.

(x) NOC for seeking admission to DNB Courses from the Competent Authority in case of in-service candidates.

(xi) Proof of Identity by way of Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport or any other document of identity as may be accepted by the Institute.

(xii) Any other document(s) as may be deemed necessary by the College/Institution. It shall be sole responsibility of the concerned Colleges/Institutions to ensure proper check and verification of documents/eligibility as per the guidelines of MCI (NMC) before the candidate is allowed to join the course he/she is provisionally selected for.

It is further notified that the selection of candidates shall be purely on provisional basis and shall not confer any preferential right upon the selected candidates and shall be subject to outcome of writ petition, if any, pending before any competent court of law.
The Colleges / Institutions shall submit the shortfall, if any, to BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar upto 5:00 p.m. on 30.11.2023 till 5:00 p.m. through e-mail [email protected] / helpdeskjakbopee.com/ [email protected]

Note :-

1. The admission of the candidates selected during special stray vacancy round of counselling is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate(s) proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.

2. The candidates who have been provisionally selected during special stray vacancy round of counselling shall have to necessarily join in the College/Institution by or before 30.11.2023.

3. That the information furnished by the candidate is correct and nothing has been concealed/suppressed thereof. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by MCC/NMC/JKBOPEE from time to time in this regard.
