JKBOPEE Provisional Select List of Candidates for Admission to B.Ed. Course-2020

Provisional Select List of candidates for Admission to B. Ed. Course-2020 In Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu; Fourth list thereof.

Consequent upon receipt of shortfall from Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu in respect of Notification No. 055-BOPEE of 2021 Dated 16-04-2021, the candidates figuring in Armature W to this notification, have been provisionally selected for admission to B.Ed. Course-2021 in Government College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu. The Principal of the College will get the following certificates in original verified from the Incharge admission and countersigned by him/her before allowing the candidates to complete their admission formalities:-

Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);

Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, St certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);

Category Certificate, if any;

Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and

Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.

The provisionally selected candidates are directed to report to the College from 29^th
April to 06^th of May, 2021 up to 4:00 P.M along with their relevant certificates in original.

The Head of the Institution shall send the details of candidates, who do not complete their admission as SHORT FALL on 06^th of May, 2021 up to 5.00 P.M. to the BOPEE office, Jammu positively.

Note:

In view of non-availability of the eligible candidates in the reserved categories, the said seats have been converted into open merit under Section-9 (2) of J&K Reservation Act-2004  and filled up from Open Merit category candidates as per merit:

Scheduled Tribe (ST) : 02 Seats

Children of Defense Personnel (GDP). 01 Seat

The Head of the Institution is advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete in all respects. In case of any deficiency found during the verification of documents / certificates including Marks Card, such candidate (s) should not be allowed admission in any case. Any lapse in this regard will be the sole responsibility of the concerned Head of Institution.

The Board has received one representation from candidate namely NAZMA HARUN bearing Rank 501 who could not join the Institution after being provisionally selected vide Notification No. 042-BOPEE of 2021 Dated 23-03-2021 due to genuine reason, the Board has accordingly considered her request and included her name in this notification.

The candidates with rank 175 (CDP), 177, (OSC) and 178 (ALC/IB) who were selected in their respective categories vide Notification No. 042-BOPEE of 2021 Dated 23-03-2021 are now/hereby treated to have been selected in Open Merit.

The Annexure “A” shall be available on the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in only
