JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B.Ed. Course-2026
Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B.Ed. Course-2026 in various Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh after conduct of 2nd round of online counselling.

Pursuant to Notification No. 138-ВОРЕE of 2026 Dated 06-08-2026, the Board notified 2nd round of online counselling schedule for submission of online preferences/choices w. e. f 07-08-2026 (11:30 A.M. onwards) to 09-08-2026 (Mid-night) for filling up of seats of B.Ed. Course-2026.
The list of candidates provisionally Allotted seats in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

Any candidate desirous of making any representation against the position assigned to him/her in the Provisional Selection List may, if so chooses, do so up to 18-08-2026 (4:00 p.m.) with documentary evidence in support of his/her claim and send the representation/documents to [email protected] . If a genuine representation is received, a separate notice/notification will be issued for the issuance of the Revised Selection List.
If no further notice/notification is issued, Annexure A will be deemed final, and provisionally selected candidates should report to their assigned colleges/institutions w.e.f. 19-08-2026 (11:00 a.m. onwards) to 21-08-2026 (up to 05:00 p.m.) along with their relevant certificates in original.
The Provisionally Selected candidates are advised to generate the Provisional Allotment Letter through JKBOPEE portal using their own credentials. Thereafter they have to report to their respective allotted Colleges/Institutions for completion of admission formalities up to 21-08-2026 till 05.00 p.m. along with the following documents in original:
i) Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);
ii) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);
iii) Category Certificate, if any;
iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and
v) Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.
The eligibility conditions for admission to this course shall be as mentioned in the Notification No. 042-BOPEE of 2026 dated 11-03-2026 /e-Information Brochure available on the J&K BOPEE website.
It is, hereby, implored upon the management of all the concerned Colleges/ Institutions to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a Reserved Category
The cut-off date for validity of the Category Certificate shall be 26-03-2026, i.e., the last date fixed by the Board for filling up of online application form for the B.Ed. Course-2026.
In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date 21-08-2026 till 5:00 p.m, the concerned Colleges/Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time. However, the candidates in their own interest shall avoid waiting for last day to complete admission formalities through online admission portal since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
The Heads of the concerned Colleges/Institutions are advised to ensure that all the admissions shall be made through JKBOPEE Portal within the stipulated time fixed by the Board.
