Merit list and Selection List regarding engagement of Anganwadi Workers Basohli

Whereas vide this office Advertisement Notice No: 06 of 2023 dated: 07-10-2023, applications were invited from eligible female candidate against 06 vacant posts of Sanginis (AWWs) of Project Basohli.
Whereas 29 candidates have applied against 06 available vacant posts of Sanginis (AWWs) in project Basohli.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 22-07-2024 by the committee constituted vide Govt Order No:- 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Whereas vide this Office advertisement Notice No. 04 of 2024 dated 25-07-2024, the provisional /tentative merit list and provisional /tentative select list regarding engagement of Sanginis was published in Daily Excelsior and Punjab Kesari dated 28-07-2024,besides displaying on conspicuous spot at Tehsil/Blocks/Panchayat Buildings/Anganwadi Centre Buildings etc for wide publicity.
Whereas the Provisional Merit List and Provisional Select List was issued with certain riders/observations put against the candidatures of 04 candidates by the Selection Committee.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this office notification No. 04 of 2024 dated 25-07-2024 in Daily Excelsior and Punjab Kesari dated 28-07-2024, the riders/observations of 02 candidates were omitted in Provisional Merit List and Provisional Select List and thereafter reviewed by the Selection Committee after receiving necessary/requisite documents/ reverification of ward residence proofs from applicant/ SDM.
Whereas the candidatures of 01 Candidate of AWCs W.no.05 MC Basohli and 01 Candidate of W.no. 08 MC Basohli in the Provisional merit List were rejected by the Selection Committee due to non fulfilment of selection criteria/production of requisite documents/ other requirements etc.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days (prescribed time frame) from the date of publication of this Notification No. 04 of 2024 dated 25-07-2024 in Daily Excelsior and Punjab Kesari dated 28-07-2024, no grievance(s)/objection(s) of any kind has/have been received.
Whereas vide letter No. DPO/K/Poshan/2024-25/984-988 dated 05-11-2024 on the basis of recommendations of Selection Committee, the merit list comprising of total 27 candidates for different AWCs and select list comprising of 06 candidates for 06 posts of Sanginis was submitted for approval to Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua in terms of clause V of Govt Order No:- 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Whereas Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua vide letter No. ADDC/K/8/24-25/952-55 dated 08.11.2024 has conveyed approval to the recommendation of Selection Committee in terms of clause V of Govt Order No:- 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt Orders, Final Merit List and Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively is hereby notified and is published for the information of general public and all concerned.
Further Grievance(s)/Objection(s)(if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua under clause XI of HRM Policy reffered above within 10 days from the date of publication of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list and the selection shall thereafter be considered as final.
