Merit List of Anganwadi Workers
Advertisement Notice No.01 of 2023, Dated:-15-05-2023- Calling of Objections thereof.
Whereas, vide advertisement notification No.01 of 2023, Dated:- 15-05-2023,22 (twenty two) number of posts of Sanginis(Anganwadi Worker) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Budhal in pursuance of HR Policy as notified Vide
Govt, order No:- 103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt. Order No 222- JK(SWD of 202, dated:-30-ll-2022; and
Whereas,110 number of applications were received for the Vacant posts of Sanginis (Anganwadi Worker), for various anganwadi centers in different panchayats of Poshan Project Budhal, as on last date of receipt of application i.e.02-06-2023;and
Whereas, after scrutiny of applications as per eligibility conditions as contained in the aforementioned advertisement notification, in accordance with HR policy referred above, the tentative merit list along with select list has been framed detailed as Annexure “A”
& “B”, excluding for 04 AWCs (02 Posts of Proper Konka Gund W.No 07 Panchayat Gundi (Kewal Lower) and Khawas Mohra Manda W.No. 07 due non availability of eligible candidates in concerned wards besides 01 post of AWC Bokna W.No.06 Panchayat
Khurhad kept on hold as the helper from the same ward is also found eligible as per directions of Mission Director, Mission Poshan JK and 01 post of AWC Soker Kheat W.No.03 Panchayat Soker also kept on hold due court stay).
Now, therefore, objections if any with regard to merit/ residential status/Qualification/Marks/Date of Birth etc are hereby called in writing from general public/ applicants of the concerned ward/ Panchayat against the tentative merit list/select List (Annexure “A”
& “B”) within ten days, from the date of issuance of this notice, failing which no claim shall be entertained and the list shall be treated as final
