Provisional Selection and Merit List of Sahayaka (AWH) for AWC Bishnah ward no 7A

Whereas vide Mission Director Poshan’s letter no MD/Poshan/Estt/13338-49, dated 09-05-2023, advertisement for the post of
engagement of Sahayakas (AWHs) was issued by this office vide notification number 02 of 2023/Bishnah, dated 07-08-2023.

Whereas the data of candidates was compiled and was placed before the Selection Committee.

Whereas the merit list and tentative selection list of the Sahakayas (AWHs) was issued by this office vide No: CDPO/B/818-29/2023 Dated: 18-09-2023, and the same was published in local news papers for inviting objections from the general Public.

Whereas it was brought to the notice of this of this office by some of the candidates that Ms Pooja Devi W/O Gourav Gupta, who has been shown tentatively selected in the tentative selection list is not 18 years of age as on 01-01-2023.

Whereas the same was found to be correct after the scrutiny of the record, and accordingly the name Ms Pooja Devi W/O Gourav Gupta is hereby being withdrawn and another candidate figuring at S.no 02 namely Ms Ranjana Devi W/O Ajay Kumar R/O ward no 7, Panchayat M.C Bishnah is tentively selected as Sahayaka (AWH) for AWC Bishnah Ward no 7A , ward no 7, Block Bishnah.

Now through the medium of this notice the Provisional selection list of the Candidates who applied for the Post of Sahayaka (AWH) for AWC Bishnah ward no 07-A in reference to notification number 02 of 2023/Bishnah, dated 07-08-2023, is hereby again being issued as annexure “A” to this notice, for the inviting objections if any from the general public. The objections should reach the Office of CDPO Poshan Project Bishnah within 10 days from the date of issue of this notice ie upto 15th of Oct 2023 (A.N), after that which no claim of any sort of objection shall be entertained. The merit list is also being published as Annexure “B”

The provisionally selected candidate is advised to report in the office of CDPO Poshan Project Bishnah along with all original requisite documents for verification within 10 days from the date of issue of this notice.

Note :- The above selection list is purely provisional/ tentative and may likely be modified in case of valid proven objections or detection of any forged documents at any time or for any other reason.
