Provisional selection list of candidate in District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW).

Provisional selection list of candidate on contractual basis for establishment of -District Hub tor Empowerment of Women (DHEW). Mission Shakti Kishtwar” in District Kishtwar.

Whereas this office has issued advertisement Notice vide No:- No:- DCK/PS/22/4136 DATED:-21/01/2023 for engagement of Human resource for District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Mission Shakti Kishtwar as per the fresh guidelines from the Ministry of Women & Child development GOI.

Whereas a total of 20 candidates were called for interview vide short listing Notice No:- DCK/PS/23/88-95 Dated:- 10/04/2023 for inviting objections if any.

Whereas, the interview was conducted on 19/04/2023 and accordingly the provisional selection list for the Post Specialist in Financial Literacy, Accounts Assistant, DEO for PMVVY & MTS is hereby appended as Annexure-A, to this  notification.

The provisionally selected candidates shall report in the office of District Social Welfare Officer Kishtwar (Nodal officer DHEW) within seven (07) days along with the requisite documents. In case any candidate fails to join within the stipulated period the engagement order shall be cancelled and the candidate in the waiting list will be provided opportunity accordingly.

The engagement shall be subject to the following conditions:

1. The appointment shall be purely on contractual basis with a monthly consolidated remuneration as per guidelines.

2. The engagement being a temporary/ contractual arrangements shall be terminable if the performance Is not satisfactory as assessed by District Level Committee headed by District Magistrate/ District Development Commissioner Kishtwar or if the candidate indulges in any antinational / anti-social activity/ misadventure.

3. There shall be no right to seek permanent absorption in any department or regularization of any sort (Affidavit for the same sworn before Judicial Magistrate 1st Class is needed to be executed upon before joining).

4. The selection is subject to verification of all original documents from concerned University and also character antecedents from Police, CID and in case any adverse report is received regarding the documents produced by the candidates, the appointment of the candidate shall be terminated ab-lnitlo. The concerned DDO shall not draw the wages till all the verification reports of qualifications and antecedents is received from the concerned agencies/ Institutions..

5. The District Social Welfare Officer Kishtwar, (Nodal officer DHEW ) shall allow the candiates to join on production of the flowing certificate in original

(a) Academic Qualification Certificate

(b) Domicile certificate.

(c) Medical fitness certificate.

(d) Certificate of Experience.

(e) Computer Diploma.

(f) NOC from DIC, JKEDI, DECC.

(g) Character Certificate from concerned Police Station
