Selection List for Various Staff Posts for 16 Districts under J&K Nation Health Mission

Select List of candidates for the posts shown against each under centrally sponsored Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) in pursuance of Advertisement No. 02 of 2016 dated 22-09-2016 -issuance of engagement order thereof.

Pursuant to recommendations of the District Level Selection Committee(s) for selection of staff under Integrated Child Protection Scheme the staff has been engaged for the following districts:

1. Reasi
2. Ramban
3. Kargil
4. Leh
5. Bandipora
6. Rajouri
7. Doda
8. Kishtwar
9. Poonch
10. Ganderbal
11. Jammu
12. Kathua
13. Samba
14. Kulgam
15. Kupwara
16. Udhampur

The candidates engaged shall report to the District Child Protection Officers (DPO ICDS Projects), of the concerned district a longwith the requisite documents. The engagement shall be subject to the following conditions:-

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The engagement is purely on temporary basis for a period of Three (3) years.

The candidates shall execute an agreement through medium of a prescribed affidavit duly executed/sworn before learned Judicial Magistrate to the effect that he/she will have no claim/ any right for any sort of permanent absorption/ regularisation in the State Government at any later stage.

This directorate shall get the character antecedents of the appointees verified from the competent authority and the Directorate shall also get the documents/ certificates verified from the concerned quarters to whom a reference shall be made in this behalf and in the event the directorate receives any adverse report with respect to the character antecedents or documents/certificates furnished/ produced by the candidate, the engagement order shall be treated to have been cancelled ab-initio and criminal proceedings shall be initiated against the candidate.

The appointee(s) shall join before the District Child Protection Officer (DPO ICDS Projects) within a period of 21 days from the date of issue of this order. In case any candidate(s) fails to join within stipulated period of 21 days, the engagement order shall be treated to have been cancelled ab-initio in respect of such candidate(s).

The District Child Protection Officer shall allow the candidates to join on production of the following Certificates (in Original).

1. Qualification certificates viz Degree/ Marks.
2. Permanent Resident Certificate.
3. Age and health certificates.
4. Certificate of experience, if any.
5. Certificate from the concerned authority to the effect that no loan under self-
   Employment scheme has been taken by the concerned candidate.
