All the aforementoned candidates are directed to report to Administrative Officer, J&K SSB, Jammu/Srinagar in the Divisional Office of Services Selection Board at Sehkari Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu and Divisional Office of Services Selection Board at Parray pout, Srinagar on 14-09-2017 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM sharp with an application mentioning therein choice-cum-preference for allocation of Department as per the enclosed format(s). No claim shall be entertained who fail to submit choice cum preference on the scheduled date and time.
However, mere submission of the preference will not confer any right to candidate(s) for selection as Jr. Scale Stenographer in any of the mentioned departments. The allocation of department shall be strictly as per merit-cum-preference.
