Selection List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) Darhal

Revised Tentative Merit/ Select List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) pursuant to advertisement Notice No.01 of 2023,Dated:-13-05-2023- Calling of objections thereof.

NOTICE

Whereas, vide advertisement notification No.01 of 2023,Dated:-13-05-2023 ,14(Fourteen) number of posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers)were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Darhal in pursuance of HR Policy as notified Vide Govt. order No:- 103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023; and

Whereas,55 number of applications were received for the Vacant posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers), for various anganwadi centers in different panchayats of Poshan Project Darhal, as on last date of receipt of application i.e.30-05-2023;and

Whereas, the tentative merit and select List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) which was issued vide this office notice No:- CDPO/Darhal/2023-24/166- 74,dated:-03/07/2023 was withdrawn vide this office Notification No:- CDPO/Darhal/2023-24/209,dated:-17/07/2023 in view of in view of instructions issued by Mission Director ,Mission Poshan J&K Jammu vide Letter No:- SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2023-24/21349-72,dated:-14-07-2023;and

Whereas, after scrutiny of application as per eligibility conditions as contained in the aforementioned advertisement notification, in accordance with HR policy and after the received of clarification from Mission Directorate Mission Poshan J&K Letter No:- SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2023-24/21349-72, dated:-14-07-2023, the revised tentative merit list along with select list was framed detailed as Annexure”A”&”B” except two posts of AWCs (Ujhaan-C W.No 01 & Thannamang-C W.No. 05) due non availability of eligible candidate; and

Now, therefore, objections if any with regard to merit/ residential status/Qualification/Merit/Date of Birth etc are hereby called from general public/ applicants of the concerned ward/ Panchayat against the tentative merit list (Annexure A &B) within ten days, from the date of issuance of this notice, failing which no claim shall be entertained.
