Selection list of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) Hiranagar

Selection List regarding Engagement of Sahayikas (AWHs).

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 01 of 2023 dated: 12-05-2023, applications were invited from eligible
female candidate against 30 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Project Hiranagar.

Whereas 03 posts with regard to the Sahayikas at AWC Marheen-B, Mela-C and Garah-B has been withheld due to typographical error in location of ward number of Anganwadi centre.

Whereas no application form has been received against the advertised post of Sahayika at AWC Ladhwal.

Whereas 56 candidates have applied against 26 available vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) in project Hiranagar.

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 10-07-2023 by the
committee constituted vide Govt Order No: – 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of
2022 dated: 30-11-2022.

Whereas the provisional/Tentative Select List to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 10-07-2023, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:
28-04-2023 and Govt Order No :222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated:30-11-2022.

Whereas vide this Office advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2023 dated 11-07-2023 the provisional /tentative select list regarding engagement of Sahayikas have been published in Daily Excelsior dated 15.07.2023.

Whereas the copy of the provisional /tentative select list was provided to Sarpanchs/Panchs concerned and also pasted at
other locations as mentioned in aforementioned Government Orders.

Whereas the necessary riders/observations were put against the candidatures of 13 candidates in the List of all candidates and Provisional Select List by the Selection Committee.

Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this notification No. 03 of 2023 dated 11-07-2023 in Daily
Excelsior dated 15-07-2023, the riders/observations are omitted against 06 candidates in List of all candidates by the Selection
Committee.

Whereas the candidatures of the 10 Candidate of Anganwadi centres Parangoli-B, Gadyali, Langrial, Mela-B, Changi-A,
Changi-B, W.No.5 Challan, Dabi, Dhalli-B and Marheen-A in the List of total candidates are rejected by the Selection Committee
due to non-fulfilment of selection criteria/production of requisite documents.

Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this Notification No. 03 of 2023 dated: 11-07-2023 in
Daily Excelsior dated 15-07-2023, 01 objection has been received by this office for Anganwadi centre Marheen-A which was disposed of by the Selection Committee on the merit that the candidate in the provisional select list is not from W.no.1 Panchayat
Marheen.

Whereas 01 post at AWC Dabi was withheld by the unanimous decision of Selection Committee due to want of requisite documents by single applicant.

Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders i.e., Govt Order No: – 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022, the Select List of 25 candidates is hereby published as Annexure-A for the information of general public and all concerned.

For Grievance(s)/Objection(s) (if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua within 10 days from
the date of issuance of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the
date of issuance of this notification/list
