Selection List of Sahayikas AWH Barnoti

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 06 of 2023 dated: 15-09-2023, applications were invited from eligible female candidate against 10 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Project Barnoti.

Whereas 14 candidates have applied against 10 available vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) in project Barnoti .

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 30-11-2023 by the committee constituted vide Govt Order No: – 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.

Whereas the provisional/Tentative Merit & Select List to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 30-11-2023, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023 ,Govt Order No :222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated:30-11-2022,SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2022-23/21349-72 dated 14-07-2023 and MDP/Estt/M-27-2023/25398-25539 dated 17-08-2023.

Whereas vide this Office advertisement Notice No.07 of 2023 dated 20-12-2023 the provisional /tentative Merit & select list regarding engagement of Sahayikas have been published in Punjab Kesari 22.12.2023.

Whereas the copy of the provisional /tentative Merit & select list was provided to Sarpanchs/Panchs concerned and also pasted at other locations as mentioned in aforementioned Government Orders.

Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this notification No. 07 of 2023 dated 20-12-2023 in Punjab Kesari dated 22-12-2023, the riders/observations are not omitted for any candidates in List of total candidates by the Selection Committee.

Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders, Merit Select List/Select list as Annexure-A/Annexure-B is hereby published for the information of general public and all concerned.

For Grievance(s)/Objection(s)(if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua within 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list.
