SMVDU Releases Eligible & Ineligible List for Assistant Professor Posts

List of Provisionally Eligible & Not eligible candidates applied for the post of Assistant Professor in discipline of Mathematics

1.The candidates, who have not been found eligible after initial scrutiny for the post of Assistant Professor based on the documents submitted by them, may submit
additional documents/ Certificates justifying their candidature. Candidates can do so by submitting documents indicating inter alia proof of discipline from the where the degree has been completed; transcript of the degree and/ or any other documentary evidence in support of their respective claims and same shall be required to be
submitted latest by 6th November 2026 via email to [email protected]. Any claims received after the due date shall not be entertained and status of such candidates shall be treated as not eligible for rest of the selection process.

2. The syllabus of NET Examination shall be the syllabus for the written test for short listing of candidates for further stages of the recruitment process.

3.Candidates who have obtained their Ph.D. from Universities/ Institutions not covered under the ambit of Institution of National Importance are required to submit
Minimum Standards and Procedures (MSP) certificate for consideration of their Ph.D. degree for further recruitment process
