Teachers Selection Lists in Education Department, District cadre
Select list of the candidates for the post of teacher (Education Department) District Cadre Srinagar advertised vide Notification No.01 of 2012 dated 19.07.2012 (Item No.037) under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmir’ Migrants. Reference: Administrative Department’s communication No. Edu1/77/2017 dated 17.04.2017 and No. even dated 15.11.2017.
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Administrative Department vide letter No. Edu-l/77/2017 dated: 17.04.2017 forwarded the selection list of One-hundred Seventy-three (173) candidates selected as Teachers in District Cadre Srinagar under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants, .u r at jkupdates.for issuance of appointment orders in their favour after fulfilling all codal formalities and conditions as envisaged under Jammu and Kashmir Kashmiri Migrants (Special Drive) Recruitment Rules, 2009 issued under SRO-412 of 2009 pursuant to the selection made by the J&K Services Selection Board, Srinagar vide letter No. SSB/Secy/Se1/2017/1206-12 dated 25.01.2017 against item No. 037;
Whereas, among others, the selection in respect of 26 candidates was kept withheld by the SSB for want of certain clarification, which has now been released by the Services Selection Board vide various communications conveyed by Administrative Department vide letter No Edu-1/77/2017 dated 15.11.2017. .u r at jk up dates.However, among these 26 candidates, Four (04) candidatate figure in Waiting List, as such leaving 22 candidates whose candidature can be considered for issuance of provisional appointment order as Teachers in District Cadre Srinagar;
Now, therefore, these Twenty-two candidates figuring in Annexure A” to this notification, are hereby informed to deposit their undertakings forming “Annexure Er and Agreement in terms of SRO-412 of 2009, forming ‘Annexure C (duly attested) by the Judicial Magistrate (1st Class) as well as all original certificates/testimonials with a set of self-attested Xerox copies (in person) in the Directorate of School Education Kashmir within Ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notification.
No such undertakings shall be entertained after expiry of the stipulated time frame.
This notification is issued without prejudice to the Court cases, if any pending in the Hon’ble Court which are not immediately within the knowledge of this Directorate.
