Tentative Merit list & Provisional Select list of AWWs Duggan
Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No : 09 of 2026 dated 09.07.2026, applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 02 vacant posts of Sanginis (AWWs) of Poshan Project Duggan.
Whereas, the above Advertisement Notice No. 09 of 2026 dated 09/07/2026 was published in Amar Ujala dated:12/07/2026, along with Tehsil/ Block/ Panchayat Building/ Anganwadi Centre Building, etc. for wide publicity.
Whereas 09 candidates have applied against the 02 available Vacant advertised posts of Sanginis (AWWs) in Project Duggan.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates who have applied vide above referred advertisement notification have been checked/ scrutinized by the committee constituted vide Govt. Order No : 103- JK ( SWD ) of 2023 dated : 28-04-2023 and Govt, order No 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30-11-2022.

Whereas 04 candidates have applied for the vacant post of AWW in AWC Bhullari-A, W.No.03, Panchayat Bhullari and it was found that the ward certificate of one applicant figured at S.No.04 of Provisional/Tentative merit list for MNC Bhullari-A, is invalid as submitted by Block Development Officer, Duggan, vide letter No.BDO/D/2026-27/390-91 dated: 01/08/2026 and therefore, the candidature of the candidate has been rejected by the selection committee constituted vide Govt. Order No : 103- JK ( SWD ) of 2023 dated : 28-04-2023 and Govt, order No 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30-11-2022.
Whereas 05 candidates have applied for the vacant post of AWW in AWC Lolag, W.No.05, Panchaytat-Bari and all were found in order.
Whereas the Provisional/ Tentative merit list and Provisional /Tentative Select List as per Annexure- A and Annexure- B respectively to this notification have been prepared as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt. Order: 103 – JK ( SWD ) of 2023 dated : 28/04/2023 and Govt Order No : 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30/11/2022.

Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders , the Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Provisional/Tentative Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively to this notification are hereby published for the information of General Public and all concerned.
Grievance(s)/Objections if any with regard to merit, residential status, date of birth, qualification , may be communicated to this Office within ten days from the date of publication of this notification. No grievance(s)/objections(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of publication of this notification.
