3 Students Injured As Scorpio Hits Motorcycle
Three students were injured after a Scorpio vehicle collided with a motorcycle near Government High School, Bhata Dhurian in Mendhar area of Poonch district on Thursday afternoon.
Officials told news agency that at about 1220 hours today, a Scorpio vehicle, whose registration number is not known yet, collided with a motorcycle near Govt High School Bhata Dhurian, resulting in injuries to three students who were travelling on the motorcycle.
The injured have been identified as Zameer Ahmed son of Mohd Jahangeer resident of Jaran Wali Gali, Sameer Ahmed son of Mohd Jahangeer age 14 years resident of Bhata Dhurian and Murtaza Ahmed son of Tanveer Hussain age 16 years resident of Jaran Wali Gali.
All the injured are students of Government High School Jaran Wali Gali.
16 sheep killed, 17 injured in leopard attack in Budgam
They were immediately shifted by locals to PHC Bhata Dhurian for first aid and later referred to Sub District Hospital Surankote at about 1250 hours for further treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further details are being ascertained.(GNS)
