CAT stays “Suspension” order of J&K Govt Official
In M.A./1243/2024 (JAMMU) titled KIKER SINGH Vs SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Heard the counsel for the applicant. Order No. CEO/D/Legal/2024/1619-23 dated 09.11.2024 issued by the Chief Education Officer, Doda is stayed till the next date of hearing.
The Director School Education is directed to re-consider the place of posting/attachment of the applicant within a period of two weeks and till then the applicant would be retained at his present place of posting, and no coercive action should be taken against the applicant for making him join new place of attachment.
