Infiltration bid foiled in Keran sector, 3 killed: Army
The army on Sunday said that three unidentified militants were killed in an ongoing operation in the Keran sector of North Kashmir’s Kupwara District.
Officials said that security forces detected militant movement during an anti-infiltration operation.
During the firefight, three militants were killed, and arms and ammunition were recovered from the spot. The identity of the slain militants is being ascertained, they said. They said the operation in the area was still underway.
