JK Govt Approved New Salary System

Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the implementation of an “employees-wise CPIS based” salary system for employees of power corporations under the Power Development Department through the JKPaySys platform from May 2026.

As per a Government order issued by the Finance Department, the new system will cover employees of JKPCL, JKPTCL, KPDCL and JPDCL who were appointed before the unbundling of the department in October 2019, and are registered on the HRMS portal and are working on deputation in these corporations.
