JK News: CM Omar lands in New Delhi, to meet PM, HM for statehood restoration
“May handover statehood resolution of the Cabinet to PM”
For the first time after being crowned as the maiden Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah on Wednesday landed in New Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
Quoting sources, news agency that CM Omar would meet HM Shah this evening, and PM Modi tomorrow.

Following this, J&K’s Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha authorised to take up the matter with the central government.
