JKBOSE Class 10th, Class 11th, Class 12th Result Updates
Minister for Education, Sakeena Masood Itoo, chaired a high-level meeting to review the functioning of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE).
Minister Itoo directed JKBOSE officials to ensure the results for Class 10th, 11th, and 12th are declared by the end of this month. She emphasized that timely results would prevent academic delays and allow students to transition smoothly into their next classes.
Key Highlights from the Meeting:
Result Declaration: JKBOSE has been instructed to release the results by April-end.
Modernization of JKBOSE: The minister reviewed examination processes, curriculum updates, and IT advancements.
Inclusive Education: Special provisions for Children With Special Needs (CWSN), including exam fee exemptions, a 5% relaxation in pass percentages, and flexible academic policies, were discussed.
Collaboration: Directors of School Education from Jammu and Kashmir have been asked to work closely with JKBOSE to enhance the education sector.
Student-Centric Reforms: Itoo underlined the importance of stakeholder engagement and proactive policies to improve academic standards.
JKBOSE Secretary also presented a comprehensive report on the board’s initiatives, particularly the adoption of IT-based solutions to facilitate students
